And We're Almost Ready for Services
            in the New New Sanctuary!

First, we receive the new individual chairs - we can configure the Sanctuary any way we wish - usually a "fan" layout, but we could have the "theater layout" or a circle, whatever will work for the service coming up!
Ben, Jan & Todd are part of the unloading crew. Don has his chair picked out!

Todd attaches the hymnal holders with a jig he made - some have them on the back, some underneath, some have both.

We start out with a final vacuuming and mopping - all is cleared out.

The New Expanded Narthex is open and inviting. No traffic jam just after you walk through the front door.

The Narthex window wall gives a clear, open view of the Sanctuary, and the Narthex is a comfortable place have a cup of coffee before the service, or have meetings afterwards, like our monthly Forum.

The wide stairs are inviting to go up to the Upper Room. You can see the Upper Room from the Sanctuary, so visitors don't have to have a map to join us for Coffee Hour. The wheelchair lift is relocated to where the other stairs used to be and will be a fully attended lift to help those that have trouble with the stairs.

We bring back the Chancel furniture and Karen gives it a final dusting (for now).

The chairs get laid out. Gauntt adjusts them so everything lines up.
And Mary Lou gives the chairs a dusting, too!

Dave starts bringing back in the hymnals and Bibles for distributing around the Sanctuary.

The view of the usual layout of the Sanctuary from the back.

And from the old choir loft (now "The Stage").
