WPPC has had a presence on Phinney Ridge for nearly 100 years, and we have gone through many phases in our growth. Beginning in a small house at the foot of North 63rd and Fremont Ave North as a Sunday School mission church started by Westminster Church, to the established community church home it has become on Greenwood Avenue today.
Now it's time to remodel our building so we can better serve the community and our congregation in the 21st century!
This phase of “growth” will to put to rest ancient struggles once and for all (the leaking roofs) and will help us become more open, welcoming and flexible in our sanctuary & narthex layout. This is a natural time to grow to better fit the congregation and open ourselves more to the community.
